I think it's a beautiful and very poetic photo. There is a beautiful extension between the hand and the bird who takes flight which create continuity very interesting. We can see the relation between the person and the animal.
Only thing I find unfortunate that is the filter you used. It blurs the picture and does not really this is a natural effect which is somewhat contradictory to the expression's photo. Here I think it's the only problem.

Anyway congratulations for this picture. It's so georgous and I wish you to do photo more like this!!! I hope that you can understand what I said my english is not very good bye!
